The Golden Care Plan is tailored for individuals aged 60 years and above. It offers age-appropriate medical coverage, including chronic illness management, geriatric care, and wellness screenings across a wide hospital network.
Your enrollee number is typically the phone number used during registration. This number gives you access to services at our partner facilities.
You’ll be assigned a primary provider but can access care at any NEM Health-approved hospital within your plan tier. Emergency care can be accessed at any available facility nationwide.
Individuals aged 60 and above. Caregivers or family members can also register on their behalf. Those over 64 will be enrolled through our TPA option.
You’ll get affordable coverage for everyday needs like doctor visits, prescriptions, diagnostics, and emergency care. Plans can be tailored to include dependents.
