Corporate Health Plan

The following Terms and Conditions govern enrollment and participation in NEM Health’s Corporate Plans. Please refer to the General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for broader terms applicable to all NEM Health plans.

By enrolling in any Corporate Plan, the company and its designated beneficiaries acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Validity of Proposal

  • Any pricing quotation or proposal issued by NEM Health is valid for a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date it is sent to the prospective client.
  • If not confirmed within the stated period, the quote may be subject to revision, repricing, or withdrawal without notice.

2. Minimum Group Size

  • The pricing structure is based on a minimum of twenty (20) principal lives enrolled per Corporate Plan.
  • Groups with fewer than 20 principal lives may not be eligible for corporate pricing tiers or group discounts.

3. Moratorium (Waiting Periods)

  • No moratorium period applies to enrollees under the Corporate Plans.
  • Coverage begins as stipulated upon confirmation of enrolment and payment.

4. Age Limit for Coverage

  • The maximum age for new enrolment into any Corporate Plan is sixty-five (65) years.
  • Dependent children must be twenty-five (25) years or younger to be eligible for inclusion under a family plan.
  • Existing members may remain in the plan subject to renewal terms and underwriting review.

5. Family Coverage Size

  • A standard corporate family plan allows a maximum of six (6) members per unit: the principal member, one spouse, and up to four (4) biological or legally adopted children.


6. Discounts & Premium Payment

  • Discounts may be offered based on total population size and will be reflected in the final negotiated premium.
  • All premiums are payable annually, unless otherwise agreed. Additional charges may apply for periodic or installment-based payments.

7. Provider Access

  • Enrollees are entitled to care within NEM Health’s open network of approved hospitals and healthcare providers.
  • NEM Health reserves the right to revise the provider network and will notify clients of such updates where necessary.

8. Rare Specialist Consultations

  • For Corporate Lotus Plan, consultations with rare or highly specialized medical professionals are covered up to a maximum of ₦15,000.00 per eligible case.
  • Prior approval and clinical justification may be required for such consultations.

9. Regional Coverage Options

  • Africa I: Provides access to care across West African countries.
  • Africa II: Includes all Africa I countries plus South Africa.

10. Governing Terms

All final plan agreements and negotiations are subject to NEM Health Limited’s comprehensive Terms and Conditions, including relevant exclusions, underwriting policies, and regulatory requirements.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Corporate Plan, the organization confirms that it has reviewed and accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all nominated principal lives and their dependents.
